Job Title: Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Veolia WTS. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers in the water treatment industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, or closely related discipline
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, marketing, technical support, or operations in the water treatment industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Technical experience in water treatment/process related industry
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams
