We're seeking a seasoned UX Designer to elevate our team's capabilities in delivering exceptional digital experiences. As a Senior UX Designer at Evolving Web, you'll take charge of the discovery and design phases of key projects, leading workshops to gather input and align diverse perspectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth UX research and synthesize findings
  • Perform usability testing and refine designs based on user feedback
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to keep projects moving forward
  • Provide input and feedback to other designers on your projects
  • Represent Evolving Web as a subject matter expert to existing and potential clients by delivering pitches

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years in UX design, ideally within a digital agency
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects with ease
  • Expertise in UX research for institutional clients or projects with similar complexity
  • Experience in usability testing and design optimization
  • Proficiency in English and French is a plus
