Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Metal Products Manufacturing Operator to join our team at Altech Aluminum (2004) ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating metal cleaning equipment, transporting raw materials and finished products, and assisting metal workers in various tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Metal Cleaning Equipment: Remove excess welds, rust, scale, and other materials from metal products using specialized equipment.
  • Transport Raw Materials and Finished Products: Move materials and products throughout the plant manually, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
  • Assist Metal Workers: Support structural steel and platework fitters, sheet metal workers, metal machine operators, and other metal workers in their tasks.
  • Sort and Organize Materials: Sort metal sheets and parts, scrap metal, and other materials, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Grind and Chip Excess Metal: Use hand tools to remove excess metal from products, ensuring high-quality finishes.
  • Clean Machines and Work Areas: Maintain the cleanliness of machines and immediate work areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Read and Interpret Work Orders: Understand and follow work orders, ensuring accurate completion of tasks.
