About the Role:
Humble Manufacturing Co, LTD is seeking a skilled Saw Operator to join their team in Burnaby, B.C. As a Saw Operator, you will be responsible for operating various saws, including horizontal bandsaws and mitre saws, to cut and fabricate sheet metal components.
Responsibilities:
* Safely operate saws and other equipment to cut and fabricate sheet metal components
* Organize materials according to job requirements
* Label and package cut materials in a clear and concise manner
* Clean and maintain saw areas
* Perform other duties as required, including operating miscellaneous sheet metal equipment
Requirements:
* Experience in manufacturing and production
* Ability to safely operate saws and other equipment
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
