Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Dominos Pizza. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to ensure seamless food preparation and service.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate activities of staff to meet work schedules and quality control standards.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
