The Lead Client Solutions Executive is responsible for managing client accounts with the goal of enhancing customer satisfaction, increasing retention, and driving account growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a quota of over $800,000 in contract value across a territory of significant client accounts.
- Exhibit mastery and consistent application of Gartner's sales methodology.
- Engage in comprehensive account planning and territory management.
- Ensure forecast accuracy on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of Gartner's offerings and services.
Candidates should have:
- 8-15 years of experience in consultative sales, ideally within high technology sectors such as services, software, or consultative environments, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong intellectual capability, drive, executive presence, and sales expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate excellent relationships with C-level executives in large enterprise organizations.
- Proficiency in computer skills and presentation capabilities.
- A comprehensive understanding of the entire sales process lifecycle.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree is preferred.
