Role Overview

The Lead Client Solutions Executive is responsible for managing client accounts with the goal of enhancing customer satisfaction, increasing retention, and driving account growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a quota of over $800,000 in contract value across a territory of significant client accounts.
  • Exhibit mastery and consistent application of Gartner's sales methodology.
  • Engage in comprehensive account planning and territory management.
  • Ensure forecast accuracy on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of Gartner's offerings and services.
Qualifications

Candidates should have:

  • 8-15 years of experience in consultative sales, ideally within high technology sectors such as services, software, or consultative environments, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong intellectual capability, drive, executive presence, and sales expertise.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate excellent relationships with C-level executives in large enterprise organizations.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and presentation capabilities.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the entire sales process lifecycle.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree is preferred.
