We are seeking a skilled Sushi Chef to join our team at Izakaya Tenkuu. As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality sushi dishes for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain Records and Inventory
Accurately record food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory levels to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
Train and Develop StaffTrain and develop cooking staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to maintain high-quality standards.
Supervise Kitchen ActivitiesSupervise activities of specialist chefs, chefs, cooks, and other kitchen workers to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Prepare and Cook MealsPrepare and cook high-quality sushi dishes and other specialty foods to meet customer expectations.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Work Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
Work EnvironmentFast-paced environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
Personal QualitiesOrganized, reliable, and able to work well under pressure.
Working Conditions- Work Schedule
35 hours per week, with flexibility to meet business needs.
LanguageEnglish is the primary language of communication.
