Collections and Credit Operations Leader
Compensation: $130,000 to $150,000 annually
Location: Toronto Branch

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the operations and personnel of the Credit and Collections departments.
- Ensure effective Collection processes that positively influence Accounts Receivable (A/R) aging.
- Formulate strategies that enhance business operations and departmental efficiency.
- Analyze reports to assess the quality and effectiveness of existing policies and procedures.
- Aid in the development and execution of robust credit policies that promote sales growth while managing risk.
- Foster strong relationships with Sales, Customer Service, and various Corporate teams.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Credit or Collections management.
- Proficient in interpreting financial statements and credit reports.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Excel is essential; experience with High Radius and SQL is a plus.
