Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and training to crew members on food safety protocols and best practices, fostering a culture of quality and hygiene.
  • Manage cash handling procedures, including opening and closing registers accurately and efficiently.
  • Conduct thorough restaurant inspections to ensure readiness for service, maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement training programs that enhance crew member skills and knowledge.
  • Supervise and coordinate daily operations tasks, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the management team to optimize operational efficiency, maximize profitability, and create a positive work environment for all employees.
  • Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
