Key Responsibilities- Dispatch Operations: Coordinate the activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment to ensure efficient and safe transportation services.
- Communication: Process and transmit information and instructions to vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of vehicle operator work, mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses.
- Scheduling: Schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment to meet customer demands.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by contacting customers to deliver requested wake-up calls.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience is an asset.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
