Job Title: Energy Management Consultant, HVAC Sales

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Energy Management Consultant, HVAC Sales to join our team at Accoravillage. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building long-term customer relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their energy management needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales and Marketing: Conduct in-home sales of furnaces, air conditioners, and IAQ products, and work effectively with other channels to drive sales growth.
  • Account Management: Manage customer accounts, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and implement plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and technologies to provide expert advice to customers.

Requirements:

  • Education: Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or equivalent working experience.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the HVAC industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, industry knowledge, and a proven track record of delivering sales targets.
  • Certifications: HRAI Certification for HVAC programs and designs is an asset.
