In the role of Senior Manager, Technical Product Owner - Salesforce, you will play a pivotal role in defining the technical product strategy, fostering innovation, and leading a dedicated team of Technical Salesforce Engineers, Product Owners, and analysts within an Agile product-driven environment.
This position demands a comprehensive understanding of both technical and functional dimensions, coupled with outstanding leadership and management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership and Development: Guide, mentor, and oversee technical product owners, administrators, engineers, and developers.
- Resource Allocation and Prioritization: Collaborate with Enablement TPOs to tackle critical initiatives, maximizing business value and delivering Salesforce projects and enhancements while ensuring long-term application sustainability.
- Strategy and Roadmap Development: Establish and refine the Salesforce product vision and operational methodologies, identify new product opportunities within the SFDC ecosystem, and work in partnership with IT Leads to align with broader organizational objectives.
- Agile Team Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders to facilitate delivery and maintain high levels of engagement.
- Product Performance, Financial Management, and Quality Assurance: Monitor and enhance the technology stack, tracking and reporting on the value delivered to governing bodies.
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Proven experience in managing technical teams.
- Extensive background in product management, strategic planning, and roadmap execution.
- Expertise in Salesforce tools, with proficiency in two or more Cloud offerings.
- Agile certifications (CSPO, CSM), Salesforce certifications, and MVP recognition.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; a Master’s degree or MBA is advantageous.
