Position Overview

The Patient Services Administrator plays a crucial role in the efficient operation of our dental practice, ensuring a smooth workflow and exceptional patient care.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years.
Work Environment

This position is situated within a clinic setting, where collaboration and communication are key.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct patient interviews to gather comprehensive case histories.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations.
  • Process insurance claims and other necessary documentation.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for patient records.
  • Order and manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Establish and implement office procedures and routines.
  • Input and format medical reports and correspondence electronically, preparing documents for review.
  • Initiate and uphold confidential medical files and records.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to patients.
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years and less than 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Permanent position.
  • Work language: English.
  • Working hours: 30 hours per week.
