Reporting and Record-KeepingPrepare and submit accurate reports on stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
Work SchedulingEstablish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and optimal resource allocation.
Requirements- Supervisory Experience
Minimum 3-4 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
Education and CertificationsSecondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant certifications in food safety and sanitation.
Physical DemandsAbility to stand for extended periods, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet the physical demands of the role.
Personal QualitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and team collaboration.
