Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the objectives and workload distribution among team members.

- Support formal quality assurance and safety protocols.

- Investigate, identify, and suggest strategic avenues to improve manufacturing operations.

- Manage the recruitment, training, and retention strategies for team members.
- Collaborate with design engineering teams on Design for Manufacturing initiatives to identify product modifications that can lower costs.
