Job Description

AR basement Developer is seeking a skilled Residential Construction Supervisor to oversee the construction of residential projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising workers and projects, estimating costs and materials, and coordinating activities.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects and recommend personnel actions as needed.
  • Requisition materials and supplies, and oversee the ordering of equipment and materials.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions.
  • Oversee apprenticeship training and ensure that workers are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment.
  • 35 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
