Key Responsibilities- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to teams of information systems professionals in the development of software and integrated information systems, process control software, and other embedded software control systems.
- System Design and Development: Evaluate the performance and reliability of system designs, execute full lifecycle software development, and research technical information to design, develop, and test computer-based systems.
- Team Management: Lead and coordinate teams of information systems professionals, provide problem-solving services to network users, and implement data, software, and hardware security procedures.
- Quality Assurance: Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.
- Knowledge Management: Maintain existing computer programs by making modifications as required, store, update, and maintain databases, and confer with clients and other members of the engineering team to determine project requirements.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong background in leadership and technical expertise.
- Skills: Virtualization, security software, 3D graphic software, C#, database software, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Work Environment: Ability to work under pressure, tight deadlines, and attention to detail, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
