We are seeking a skilled Psychometrist to join our team at Alberta Health Services. As a Psychometrist, you will work under the direction of a Registered Psychologist to administer and score various psychological and neuropsychological measures. You will also record detailed behavioral observations and provide support to psychologists in their research and evaluation activities.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work with a variety of patient groups across the lifespan, including those with stroke, acquired brain injury, fetal alcohol spectrum disorder, dementia, autism spectrum disorder, and other complex diagnostic groups. You will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and score psychological tests under the direction of a Registered Psychologist
  • Record detailed behavioral observations
  • Provide support to psychologists in their research and evaluation activities
  • Liaise with psychologists, neuropsychologists, and other members of the treatment team to ensure patient care

Requirements:

  • Completion of a bachelor's degree in Psychology from an accredited university

Preferred Qualifications:

  • As required
