We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team at Queen's Elite Academy of Canada.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and providing advice on managerial methods and organization of our establishment. This will involve developing quality management and quality assurance standards, conducting research to determine efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and programs, and proposing improvements to methods, systems and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and provide advice on managerial methods and organization of our establishment
  • Develop quality management and quality assurance standards
  • Conduct research to determine efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and programs
  • Propose improvements to methods, systems and procedures
  • Plan the re-organization of operations
  • Oversee development of communication strategies
  • Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Efficient interpersonal skills
  • Organized and a team player
