Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Officer

Armstrong Healthcare Limited is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and provide expert advice on managerial methods and organization to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct thorough research to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and programs.
  • Develop and propose improvements to methods, systems, and procedures to enhance compliance.
  • Lead the re-organization of operations to ensure alignment with regulatory standards.
  • Supervise staff to ensure they are aware of and adhere to compliance protocols.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a compliance-related role.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions:
  • Permanent position.
  • 35 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
