Job Description

Armstrong Healthcare Limited is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and provide expert advice on managerial methods and organization to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct research to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and programs, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance compliance, risk management, and governance practices.
  • Supervise staff and provide guidance on compliance-related matters.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a compliance or risk management role.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Working Conditions
  • Permanent position.
  • 35 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
