As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely timekeeping and accounts payable support, ensuring compliance with all HR and Corporate policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide timekeeping and accounts payable support to all Aerospace Branches
* Respond to employee inquiries regarding employee time records
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files
* Track employee clinical appointments, overtime banking, and vacation requests
* Perform electronic voucher matching
* Liaise with Purchasing regarding PO variances
* Liaise with payroll department on related employee issues
* Prepare reports as required

Requirements:

* Post-secondary education or equivalent experience with a minimum of 2 years accounting experience
* Experience in a payroll function would be considered an asset
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
* Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
* Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to take initiative and follow through with projects and meet deadlines
* Experience with JD Edwards and Autotime would be considered an asset
* Strong working knowledge of MS Office software, with a strong emphasis on Excel
