Job Opportunity:

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be a leading expert in Applied Economics, with a strong research background and a proven track record of teaching excellence. The appointee will be expected to contribute to the academic community through research, teaching, and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research in Applied Economics, with a focus on producing high-quality publications and securing external funding.
  • Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Applied Economics, with a focus on delivering high-quality instruction and mentoring students.
  • Contribute to the development of the Munk School of Global Affairs & Public Policy, with a focus on advancing the school's research and teaching mission.

Requirements:

  • Ph.D. in Economics or a related field.
  • Strong research background and a proven track record of teaching excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
