Transformative Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive the development of high-quality educational content and improve teaching practices that positively impact student learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of curriculum solutions and best practices in education, collaborating with senior leadership and partner schools.
  • Work closely with evaluation teams to enhance formative assessments and instructional content, utilizing data-driven insights.
  • Implement industry best practices from leading education systems, such as IB, AP, and A-Level, to improve course content and evaluations.
  • Guide project management teams in developing content development and quality assurance practices, using measurable metrics and proven methodologies.
Teaching and Learning Practices Across Partner Schools
  • Create structured practices that promote instructional excellence, providing comprehensive support to partner schools.
  • Implement strategies to enhance student learning, improve academic English, and drive better outcomes across the school network through data analysis.
  • Collaborate with teacher development teams to refine and expand professional development programs for educators.
  • Participate in leadership meetings with key partner schools, offering tailored support and recommendations to ensure academic success.
Educational Leadership Development
  • Advocate for innovative curriculum solutions and best practices at conferences, webinars, and meetings with stakeholders.
  • Partner with academic institutions and associations to contribute to leadership initiatives, including research, white papers, and instructional programs.
  • Work alongside the marketing team to highlight the organization's curriculum solutions and academic excellence through various platforms.
  • Support partnership growth through academic presentations to potential collaborators.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of academic leadership experience in the K-12 space.
  • Proven success in teaching and learning leadership, with the ability to develop structured methodologies and practices.
  • Expertise in curriculum development, content evaluation, and large-scale assessment strategies.
  • Strong understanding of instructional management and educational measurements in schools.
  • Track record of developing strategies to improve teaching effectiveness and student outcomes.
  • Collaborative skills to work across regions and teams, with experience in diverse cultural environments.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills in English.
  • A university degree in a relevant field.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required.
