About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python Developer with expertise in AWS technologies to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
  • Collaborate with portfolio managers, traders, and operations staff to understand requirements and design software solutions that meet their needs.
  • Develop scalable and efficient software solutions using AWS technologies such as Lambda, SNS, SQS, S3, Glue, EMR, and EC2.
  • Provide knowledge transfer to team members and support staff through application demos, walkthroughs, and documentation.
Requirements
  • Experience in Python in an enterprise environment, covering the whole development life cycle.
  • Strong technical skills with AWS technologies, including certification in areas such as Lambda, SNS, SQS, S3, Glue, EMR, and EC2.
  • Strong technical skills with Pandas, ETL, Data Engineering, and SQL.
  • Good communication skills and strong client-facing skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong technical skills in Java.
  • Capital Markets domain experience.
