About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at A&A ECOSAFE. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring that they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and that orders are fulfilled efficiently.
  • Merchandise Management: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and establish work schedules to ensure that our retail space is always well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Sell merchandise, resolve customer complaints, and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, and oversee payroll administration.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to sales staff to ensure that they are meeting their performance targets.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a sales or retail management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week.
