Financial Control Supervisor

The Financial Control Supervisor will oversee the functions of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll management. This role involves engaging in budget formulation and financial reporting, coordinating audit activities, preparing bank reconciliations, and ensuring adherence to tax regulations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop annual operating budgets
  • Monitor cash-flow projections
  • Facilitate the annual audit process
  • Update the equipment asset register in the General Ledger
  • Compile financial working documents
  • Conduct variance analysis
  • Lead the finance team
  • Construct financial models
  • Process employee remuneration
  • Ensure payroll compliance
  • Oversee employee benefits administration
  • Provide occasional support for accounts payable and receivable

Requirements:

  • CPA certification is mandatory
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in team leadership
  • Familiarity with accounting software

Salary Range: $90,000 to $100,000 per annum
