Job Summary
As a key member of our team, you will assist UPS Package Drivers with deliveries and pickups of packages at UPS drop boxes and customer locations along a specified route. This role requires a high level of physical activity, involving frequent lifting, lowering, and carrying of packages. Your primary focus will be on ensuring exceptional customer service through efficient and dedicated work practices.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver and pick up UPS packages in a timely and effective manner.
• Learn and properly execute UPS package handling methods to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comply with UPS appearance guidelines and maintain a professional image at all times.
• Work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week, to meet business demands.
Requirements:
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Strong customer service skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Availability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
