Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide assistance with human resources services to the Senior Administration Team, Principals and Assistant Principals of Yellowknife Catholic Schools in accordance with GNWT Acts, Policies, Regulations, the NWTTA and UNW Collective Agreements, as well as Board policies and administrative procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide human resources services to the Senior Administration Team, Principals and Assistant Principals
  • Assist with recruitment and selection processes
  • Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on human resources matters

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in Business Administration or Human Resources Management, along with 3 years of related experience. A CHRP designation is considered an asset.
