About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Training Lead to support our interprofessional team in the development, adjudication, and implementation of governance, evidence-informed best practice, and standardization within our C3 Program.

The successful candidate will act as a subject matter expert within their area of specialty, providing structure and framework, project management support for working groups, initiatives, and projects. They will also be responsible for providing oversight for the development of healthcare standards to support the implementation of clinical information systems.

The Clinical Training Lead will coordinate clinical care process design and reviews activities across the organization to ensure maximum benefits and enhancements are achieved.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a baccalaureate degree in education or a health-related field, with a minimum of five years of healthcare experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of clinical information/data and how these are managed, used, and operationalized within the clinical information system to create knowledge.

The successful candidate will also have demonstrated knowledge and skills in the implementation of evidence-based practice in a clinical setting, as well as leadership in clinical and policy change. They will have broad knowledge of the applicable standards of practice and guidelines for clinical practitioners, as well as clinical process, workflows, clinical services delivery, and patient/client satisfaction determinants.

The Clinical Training Lead will demonstrate strategic, creative, and strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to utilize current computer applications and computerized healthcare applications. Competencies in other languages are preferred, with French being an asset.

Hours

The successful candidate will work as a permanent full-time employee, with a 75-hour biweekly schedule. Travel to other sites will be required, and shifts will include days, evenings, and weekends.
