Job Title: Application Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Developer to join our team at First Tek, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications using various technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with business units to ensure solutions meet current and strategic needs.
  • Write high-quality code to fulfill design requirements and pass code review with minimal defects.
  • Apply configuration on development environments as needed.
  • Participate in implementing full products into production and support providing application versions and details for implementation plans.
  • Highlight technical impacts of functional design on existing applications based on detailed analysis.
  • Maintain technical documentation.
  • Identify critical features of systems and focus testing efforts on them.
  • Setup data for testing.
  • Handle and fix production defects efficiently.
  • Provide tracking and reporting of time and status on all work as required.
  • Contribute to the creation of Application Lifecycle Planning.
  • Identify and coordinate release schedules.
  • Ensure planned releases remain on schedule and on track.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

2- or 4-year degree in Computer Science

Experience:

5 years of experience in MS SQL, Waterfall, Kanban, Scrum, MS Azure DevOps, ASP NET, Tortoise, GIT, and Oracle

Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is $66.00-$83.00 per hour, however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
