Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team at Acosta. As a Sales and Marketing Ambassador, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services to customers in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase customer engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our offerings.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the retail industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong product knowledge and ability to effectively communicate the value and benefits of our offerings.
