Position Overview

The role of the Concrete Finishing Supervisor involves overseeing and managing various concrete finishing tasks to ensure high-quality outcomes in construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Report Preparation: Compile and prepare production and other relevant reports.
  • Supervision: Directly supervise workers and manage project activities.
  • Coordination: Organize and schedule daily activities effectively.
  • Cost Estimation: Assess and estimate costs and required materials for projects.
  • Material Management: Order and requisition necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Leadership: Provide guidance and instruction to team members.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year and less than 2 years in a similar role.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Language: Proficiency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
