About the Opportunity

As a key member of our team, the Service Advisor will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and sales support in our automotive service department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell recommended and required vehicle repair/maintenance services to customers
  • Act as a liaison between customers and automotive service technicians to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
  • Explain the nature of vehicle maintenance and costs to customers in a clear and concise manner
  • Advise customers on how to properly maintain their vehicles and stress the importance of regular maintenance
  • Schedule appointments and contact customers with vehicle repair status updates and follow-ups
  • Prepare accurate repair orders and invoices

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales and customer handling, preferably in an automotive or dealership environment
  • Secondary School diploma or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in working with ERP systems (e.g. CDK/Reynolds) and Customer Relationship Management Systems
  • Ability to sell vehicle maintenance services
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Self-motivated and driven with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
