About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Program Supervisor to join our team at the YMCA of Northern Alberta. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of our programs and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our programs, ensuring high-quality delivery and smooth execution.
  • Manage and develop a team of staff, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and participants.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans and work groups.
  • Ensure compliance with funding requirements and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to participants and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • University degree in Recreation Management, Education, Social Work, Psychology, Ecology, or Sociology.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Mental Health, Non-Profit Organizations, or Human Services.
  • Specialized knowledge in Non-Profit Organizations, Housing field, Children and Youth families.
  • Standard First Aid & CPR-C certification.
  • Able to obtain a Police Information Check and Vulnerable sector and Child Intervention/Enhanced Security check.
