Position Overview

The selected candidate will play a crucial role in managing the comprehensive Workday integration process. This includes:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the complete Workday integration lifecycle, which encompasses requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders to assess integration requirements and ensure seamless end-to-end solutions.
  • Implementing software integrations between diverse business applications and Workday, utilizing tools such as Workday Studio, Workday's API, EIB inbound/outbound, boomerang integration, and Workday reporting services.
  • Creating detailed technical documentation for integrations, developing testing protocols, and conducting unit tests.
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues related to software integrations.
  • Adhering to established change control and compliance protocols associated with software development, ensuring all governance standards are met.
Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience in technology.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in integration development.
  • Proficiency in XML, XSLT, SOAP, WSDL, or XPath.
  • Familiarity with JAVA, including object-oriented programming, multi-threading, and networking, as well as knowledge of micro-services and message queue technologies.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience with Workday HCM and skills in Workday reporting.
  • Expertise in designing, developing, and troubleshooting various Workday integrations, including PECI and PICOF.
  • Experience in implementing custom validations on Workday Business Processes.
