About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Ski Concierge to join our team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler. As a Ski Concierge, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, providing expert advice on ski runs and mountain activities, and ensuring that every guest has a memorable and enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to guests, responding to their needs and exceeding their expectations
- Recommend ski runs and mountain activities to guests, based on their interests and skill levels
- Assist guests with equipment rental and storage, ensuring that they have everything they need for a great day on the mountain
- Work closely with Whistler Blackcomb to ensure seamless service and a high level of guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are readily available
Requirements:
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality or ski industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues
- Knowledge of ski runs and mountain activities, with the ability to provide expert advice and recommendations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
- Physical stamina to work in a mountain environment, with the ability to lift and carry equipment as needed
