About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at Blue Fox Construction & Renovation Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination
    • Develop and implement project schedules and timelines
    • Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Team Management
    • Supervise and train construction staff, including carpenters, laborers, and equipment operators
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality of work
    • Identify and address any quality control issues
  • Health and Safety
    • Develop and implement health and safety protocols
    • Conduct regular safety inspections and training
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit project reports and documentation
    • Manage project budgets and expenses
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in construction or a related field
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
