About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at Blue Fox Construction & Renovation Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Materials Management: Requisition materials and supplies as needed to support project requirements.
  • Reporting: Prepare production and other reports to track project progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
