About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at Cityview Construction Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise a team of 5-10 workers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Project Coordination
    • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines.
    • Co-ordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers.
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare production and other reports.
    • Requisition materials and supplies.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Accurate.

    • Team player.
Working Conditions
  • 40 hours per week.
