Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor - Electrical to join our team at Cascades in Mississauga, ON. As a key member of our Containerboard Packaging division, you will be responsible for inspiring the Electrical and Instrumentation team to achieve world-class safety and technical support.
Key Responsibilities- Inspire the Electrical and Instrumentation team to achieve world-class safety and technical support.
- Set strategic KPIs and ensure the mill's preventative and responsive E&I program.
- Manage all responsive, predictive, and preventive maintenance workflows.
- Mentor and coach team members on technical and troubleshooting practices.
- Lead continuous improvement through work order documentation, failure analysis, and RCA processes.
- Post-secondary education in an electrical, electronics or instrumentation program with a licensed electrical trade certificate.
- Trades designations 309A or 442A.
- Proven experience managing teams with a focus on achieving goals.
- Expertise in electrical safety practices and KPI management.
- Strong background in troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment with production and maintenance teams.
- Dedication to fostering a positive work environment and promoting health and safety.
