Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Consultant to join our Farm Management Consulting team. As a trusted advisor, you will provide comprehensive analysis and strategic guidance to empower clients to achieve optimal business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business plans, feasibility studies, and strategic plans to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Conduct in-depth research and data collection to identify opportunities for improvement and provide meaningful conclusions and recommendations.
  • Design and develop high-quality deliverables, including proposals, engagement letters, reports, and presentations.
  • Participate in business development initiatives and contribute to the preparation and delivery of competitive proposals.
  • Collaborate with the client engagement team to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, economics, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of consulting experience, ideally in a client-service environment.
  • Experience in business and practice development is considered an asset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
