Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Organization Change Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leaders and project teams to design and implement change management plans that align with business objectives.
- Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder readiness assessments to inform broader change management strategic planning.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee readiness and adoption of change initiatives.
- Design and implement communication and engagement plans to drive awareness and boost change readiness.
- Support a change network of stakeholders to communicate about change initiatives and gather feedback.
- Implement scalable processes, tools, and methodologies to support the change strategy.
- Measure and track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of individual changes.
- Provide dedicated change management partnership for complex, large-scale organizational changes, projects, and organizational design efforts.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in change management, organizational development, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
