At Iron Systems, we're committed to innovation and customer satisfaction. As our Organization Change Manager, you'll play a key role in leading end-to-end Change Management strategies and plans that drive adoption and readiness for significant initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and project leads to develop customized Change Management strategies and plans.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including Enterprise Project Management, IT, HR, and Organizational Development, to ensure seamless execution.
  • Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder readiness assessments to inform broader Change Management strategic planning.
  • Design and deliver training sessions to all levels of the organization, as needed.
  • Draft targeted communications to drive awareness and boost change readiness and engagement.
  • Support a change network of stakeholders to communicate about change initiatives and gather feedback.
  • Implement scalable processes, tools, and methodologies to support the change strategy.
  • Measure adoption, utilization, and proficiency of individual changes.
  • Provide dedicated Change Management partnership for complex, large-scale organizational changes, projects, and organizational design efforts.
