Job Title: Organization Change Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Organization Change Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for creating and implementing end-to-end change management strategies and plans that drive business transformation and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customized change management strategies and plans for large-scale initiatives, ensuring seamless adoption and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to build and implement change management plans, leveraging expertise in organizational development, communication, and training.
  • Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder readiness evaluations to inform broader change management strategic planning.
  • Design and deliver training programs, communication plans, and obstacle management strategies to support change initiatives.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, issues, and impediments to progress, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders, union leadership, and external partners, reflecting the values and culture of Iron Systems.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in change management, organizational development, and business process improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to develop and implement effective change management strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills, with ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to design and deliver training programs, communication plans, and obstacle management strategies.
  • Strong business acumen, with understanding of organizational dynamics and change management principles.
