Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dental Aide to join our team at Prince Albert Dental Clinic. As a Dental Aide, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dental team in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist dentists and hygienists with patient care, including preparing patients for exams and procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized treatment area.
  • Take and develop dental x-rays, and prepare dental materials and instruments for procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, and communicate effectively with patients and staff.
  • Participate in infection control and sterilization procedures to ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and processing patient payments.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a dental office or related field.
  • Or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
Work Setting

This is a full-time position, working 30 to 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be willing to relocate to Prince Albert, SK.
