As a fast-growing startup, we're looking for talented Frontend Engineers to join our team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in designing, developing, and maintaining our frontend systems, ensuring responsiveness, standardization, and rapid iteration.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using NextJS, ReactJS, and React-Query
* A/B Test various designs to optimize user experience
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and interns, promoting best practices and fostering a culture of continuous learning
* Actively participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards
* Deploy and manage applications on Netlify, ensuring smooth and reliable deployments

Requirements:

* 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development using ReactJS and related technologies
* Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with a deep understanding of modern web standards and best practices
* Extensive experience with NextJS, ReactJS, Typescript, and a proven track record of building scalable and maintainable applications
* Solid understanding of Git, Github, and experience with collaborative development workflows
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes, preferably using Github Actions and Netlify
* Ability to work with Figma and translate design mockups into functional web components

Nice to Have:

* Knowledge of server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) techniques
* Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress
* Contributions to open-source projects or personal projects showcasing your frontend development skills
