Senior Frontend Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Software Engineer to join our team at BitGo Inc. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality frontend software solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with design and product managers to plan and develop new user interfaces for upcoming initiatives
  • Improve existing UI functionality on a variety of products
  • Develop reusable code for future use
  • Enhance codebase health and maintainability
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand implementation requirements and limitations
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers through code reviews and education on best practices
  • Ensure the performance and scalability of existing applications
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in frontend software engineering
  • Strong expertise in React and modern JavaScript frameworks
  • Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
  • Experience working with design systems and Node.js applications
  • Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Understanding of and interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology
  • Experience with Tailwind, React-Query, and NextJS
