Job Title: Automotive Glass Technician

At Fixman Auto Glass Repair Limited, we are seeking a skilled Automotive Glass Technician to join our team. As an Automotive Glass Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and replacing windshields, sunroofs, and other glass components on vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Repair and replace front end components, body components, doors, and frame and underbody components.
  • File, grind, and sand body surfaces to be repaired.
  • Hammer out dents, buckles, and defects using blocks and hammers.
  • Remove damaged fenders, panels, and grills and bolt or weld replacement parts into place.
  • Apply primers and repaint surfaces.
  • Repair or replace interior components.
  • Repair or replace damaged windows, windshields, and sunroofs.
  • Mix paint, blend, and match colors.
  • Straighten bent frames using frame and underbody pulling and anchoring equipment.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience.
  • Support for newcomers and refugees.
  • Recruits newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster.
  • Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language.
  • 40 hours per week.
