Position Overview
Are you enthusiastic about the latest fashion trends? Are you seeking your first opportunity in a leadership position? If so, this role is tailored for you.
As a Key Holder, you will report directly to the Store Manager and prioritize delivering an outstanding customer experience, utilizing your genuine ability to make customers feel at ease, valued, and confident.
Responsibilities (What you will be doing):
- Create a remarkable shopping experience that fosters positive customer relationships and loyalty.
- Execute register operations while leveraging your sales, promotions, and product knowledge to enhance add-on sales.
- Oversee the sales floor and ensure all visual merchandising standards are upheld.
- Manage store opening and closing procedures effectively.
Qualifications (What you will bring):
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Capability to multitask in a dynamic environment while remaining dedicated to providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
